Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
